1. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:
- Emailing us at privacy@tazzafresh.shop with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”
- Including your registered phone number and email address.
2. Processing Time
- Requests will be processed within 7 working days.
- A confirmation email/SMS will be sent after successful deletion.
3. Data We Delete
- Name, contact info, address, order history, preferences.
- Device and location data.
- Any stored communication data.
4. Exceptions
- Transactional data required for legal/accounting purposes may be retained for up to 5 years as per applicable laws (e.g., tax records).
- If there is a dispute or pending transaction, deletion may be paused until resolution.
