Data Deletion Policy

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:

  • Emailing us at privacy@tazzafresh.shop with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”
  • Including your registered phone number and email address.


2. Processing Time

  • Requests will be processed within 7 working days.
  • A confirmation email/SMS will be sent after successful deletion.


3. Data We Delete

  • Name, contact info, address, order history, preferences.
  • Device and location data.
  • Any stored communication data.


4. Exceptions

  • Transactional data required for legal/accounting purposes may be retained for up to 5 years as per applicable laws (e.g., tax records).
  • If there is a dispute or pending transaction, deletion may be paused until resolution.
