Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
  • You must inspect the goods in presence of the delivery agent.
  • Returns will be accepted only if items are spoiled, damaged, or wrong.
  • Picture proof must be sent to support@tazzafresh.shop within 1 hour of delivery.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of placing them.
  • After this window, orders are considered confirmed and dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via your account or customer support.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.


In case of payment via cash, store credits or bank transfer may be offered.
